I cannot download the files, after doing the steps i get a message from my browswer saying "THIS SITE CAN'T BE REACHED. PASTELINK.NET REFUSED TO CONNECT" How can i resolve this problem? Please help! Thank you!

Use a vpn , if nothing changes restart your router / restart your computer if all those dont work Reinstall your browser
