Encode String with soap xml encryption and send it python requests

hey guys , hop you doing well ,,
i need help with my task , i have http POST request , but the input values is soap xml encoded , so i want to findout any way to send my values with auto python script to do my tasks
the server just accept the encoded string with soap encryption , so pls help me to find a way in python to make this happens

example :
